"Living here in New York and being a property owner in Virginia who was renting to a tenant, and after they decided not to renew their lease, I decided to sell. I felt this would not be an easy task since I lived in New York and was not able to travel to Virginia. R&W informed me Cheryl Talbot would be handling the sale. I was very impressed with our first conversation and I felt confident she would get the job done. Cheryl gave me sound advice and became my eyes, ears and spokesperson and took charge in handling everything with the contractors which included home repairs, bringing the swimming pool from green to clean, landscaping, walk-thrus and anything that was needed to get my house in good shape for sale. She kept me fully informed at all times with all details either by phone and/or email as to the progress being made and what was needed from me and how to proceed. The final results were excellent and I was extremely happy with the price I received from the sale. Cheryl is truly a remarkable person, very professional, trustworthy, hard-worker and knows her "business"; she is a definite asset to her profession and I would highly recommend her."
