Recently, I was in a transaction with two other very competent and fun agents, working hard together to close a triple contingency.
The first leg of this adventure was finding a single story home in Morgan Hill for a couple that I met at an open house in the beginning of 2020 (just before the shelter in place). I searched and searched for them all year long and then in January of 2021, a listing came up on San Gabriel in Morgan Hill.
A members only (show). So I showed it, they fell in love with the home. We wrote an offer contingent on selling their Calle Tierra home. The owners of San Gabriel were contingent on closing a home in Nevada. So basically we need a non-contingent buyer for Calle Tierra. Four days on the market and we received the offer we needed, a non-contingent buyer who was willing to give us the time to get all three homes through the process. Yes, it was a bit tense at times, but thankfully I was working with Reeno Nemec and Robin Realini. True professionals....we did it!
Happy to report all three parties are happily living in their new homes both here in Cali and in Nevada! Kuddos to the three of us!! Love those gals!
