I once helped a very special older couple sell their home so they could relocate closer to family. The wife was not in good health and the husband took care of her while handling the process by himself. Their house was very unique and it was very much designed just for them. We spent time getting their home market-ready which meant involving many specialty companies - estate sales, packing company, staging, painters, landscaping, cleaning services, you name it we did it. We finally closed their home in about 2 months. The home was over 4,500 sq ft and over $550K price range.
