I assisted an elderly client who had recently lost her roommate and she needed to sell her home quick. She also was not comfortable using email. Throughout the process, all documents that needed to be signed, I printed and took them to her for her signature. I made sure I reviewed each document to make sure she understood what she was signing. We listed her home and with only 7 days on the market, we received an offer of $15,000 over asking! Needless to say, she was extremely happy and is now living in a 55+ independent/assisted living facility where she is being looked after. I visit her on occasion and she is thriving.
