"I was the seller as well as the seller agent. Mr White was my buyer's agent. He clearly was there for his seller, but always took steps to make me comfortable and ensured that he was treating all parties equitably as we were all taught in our training. He always returned calls promptly even on holidays and during the evening. He was very thorough in his explanations of every detail and was understanding about the fact that although I am a licensed sales agent of many years, I am actually a retired nurse and therefore do not practice real estate other than for my own properties so, therefore, very infrequently. Some of the new computer applications at times frustrate me, but again Mr White was always patient and encouraging. It was very important to me that the buyer would be happy with the home they purchased from me (I had lived there for 17 years and it required a lot of renovating which my son helped me with as well as having great sentimental value). I had prayed for it to go to its perfect new family and I believe Mr White helped find them!"
