I have been licensed since 2018. In such a short time I have helped a number of home buyers with a smooth and joyful transaction.
The one that stands out the most was, I was representing a buyer. He was approved for an FHA loan, the amount of the loan would only allow him to purchase a townhouse in the West San Fernando Valley or move to the Antelope Valley. He needed to stay in the SF Valley because his children were going to CSUN. We could not find any properties that were FHA approved.
Because nothing was approved we managed to submit to HUD a community and got it approved in 2 weeks. We moved ahead with escrow and they moved in 9/17/19. Nothing makes me happier than to make a dream come true.
