Sellers were anxious about putting their house the market while looking for a new home.
We put in an offer on a home got it accepted on a contingency. I told the listing agent that I am a closer, because I am and followed through. I put out house on the market 4 days later. Sold in 4 days because we priced the home to sell.
I informed and educated the sellers from the beginning of why we were pricing it the way we did and it was priced VERY competitively considering we had new builds in the area. The seller was educated from the beginning, the sellers trusted my professional opinion, my reputation as a closer and results followed.
We closed seamlessly on the home we sold before schedule and on the home we purchased 2 days later.
