I had a young newly married couple contact me to discuss buying their 1st home. We meet at my office to discuss what they were looking for and the timetable. It was a nice meeting and at the end, they said they were meeting a couple of other agents and be in touch. A few days later, I receive a call that they had chosen to use another agent. I wished them the best and said if I could ever be of service to them in the future to please reach out to me.
A couple of months later they called me and said it did not work out with other agent because the agent passed them on the a less experienced buyers agent on his/her team.
Their family has since grow to include 5 children and as the family grew they needed more room. I worked with them over the years in the purchase and sale of 3 different homes. Relationships are the most important aspect and I am hands on with all of my Clients from the search all the way through the Closing and after.
