I met Michele one day in 2015 as we were both leaving a business downtown. My business cards were on the counter, and when we spoke, she mentioned that she would be in need of a new house soon. She soon introduced me to her fiancé Niles and I began their home search. I was honored to attend their winter wedding in 2016 and look on as they took their vows. Over the next year, we made a couple of offers that were not accepted as they navigated the challenges of a new marriage and ultimately decided to wait a while to move. In 2018, they reached out and we started searching again. In October 2019, I was so very proud to watch them close on their new construction and receive the keys to their brand new home. We all realized that it was part of their destiny to wait for four years to move, when the foundation of both their home and their marriage were rock solid. I’m so glad they kept me in their corner and asked me to help them sell their starter home and assist them with their new build.

Happy days like that closing day and seeing the pure joy in those two beautiful kids makes it all worth it.
