Oh where to begin. The surprise meth test? Client out-of-state? Seller out of the country? The busy executive? Appraisal hurdle barely cleared? Tanked appraisal, next, then sell for $25k more with cash. What, is that pig poop on the floor and wall, sure smells like my uncle’s farm throughout this Denver house. Certified check and signed contract at open house? Institutional buyer? No, no I am not going into that cellar alone. Let’s see how many sides we can stack up without a domino falling. Okay, so we’re offering cash and you want to move out, when? Confidentiality limits what I can say. I’ve been told I become a better agent the more difficult a transaction becomes. Not sure if that says something about my smile (ha) or ability as an agent, probably both.
