"Very responsive, down to earth. An agent with a firm grip on the reality of things. My buyers are loving their new (and first) home, which they have because Chris didn't put himself first. As I write this, I'm a newer agent with under 1 year of licensed experience. Our market is uniquely competitive - a step more aggressive than most of the state. My buyers came in with a competitive offer and only asked for the chance to show how much they really wanted that home. Instead of the usual "kick rocks", Chris did more than his due diligence and took it back to his seller. His seller responded with an open mind and ear and we were able to work out a great deal that worked perfectly for everyone. I learned later that it wasn't about the money for his seller. While we were a high offer, we weren't the highest but my clients are now happy in their home because Chris and his seller gave us the chance to become the best offer. Chris put his seller's interests above his own pockets and in doing so, 1) made this newer agent look like a boss, 2) showed his openness and sharp negotiation skills, and 3) made it very easy for his seller to make moves in a personal matter that helped drive the decision to sell the home. I can't "steer" my clients, but if I have more looking in Chris's AO, I'm searching for any listings he may have first. I would love to work with him again."
