"Jose was great to work with. We both represented clients who required certain things, some things which the other side was not openly welcoming on providing in order to keep the deal afloat. After execution, ther personalities began reconsidering the things which were necessary to move out of A/I. Misperceived intentions by the seller and the buyers, but Jose and I worked it all out and were never not on the exact same page. I understood where his buyers were coming from, and Jose understood where my sellers were coming from. After inspection period, we hit a major roadblock with the buyers' online lender of choice. It was the classic online rate bid which culminated in an unresponsive, underperforming, out of state lender. Not all online lenders perform as such, but unfortunately, this one did. It was a miserable experience with this person from the beginning, which seriously jeopardized the deal. I'd be shocked to know if this person was still in the industry. Nevertheless, with much effort, Jose was able to convince his buyers that their lender was going to destroy the deal. That it was no longer their call on who they were using if their true intention was to buy a new home. Jose was able to engage his preferred lender, who he recommended from the beginning, and this guy came in IMMEDIATELY and saved the deal. With about 6 or 7 days left before the close date. The lender came off the bench cold in the fourth quarter, and Jose was the one who made the crucial substitution. Couldn't have been happier with the end result."
