"Loved working with Judy and Tom. They really helped get me through this ugly transaction. I have NEVER seen such poor quality of workmanship from Mattamy. The supervisor Trent was rude and his lack of attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired. He kept telling Judy that the house would be completed and it was a mess. This buyer also had bought the model home in the past. Since they can't move in, they bought another home. Mattamy spoiled me with all my other sales. I have never worked so hard on a new construction. It would have been better to hold up the closing and do it right from the beginning. I blame that on Trent, who should have given Judy the heads up. I am now working with Scott at warranty, who seems wonderful and attentive, as my clients are not moving in until September. The painting company is HORRIBLE, as is cleaning people. I am going to have the house cleaned again for my clients. Both Judy and Tom came to my rescue and took notes of the incredible poor workmanship of this home. They ROCK ! I hope Mattamy gets it together, quality of workmanship and communication inside the company is having issues. I invite you to come and see this house."
