"Amir was fantastic to work with. Firstly, he was the seller and this was no normal fix and flip. The attention to detail and quality was great! The house was gorgeous, he did an incredible job. He answered the phone anytime I called, and responded quickly when I texted. I even made a mistake regarding the contract due to a misunderstanding. We were using a VA loan, and the loan officer had told me that Sellers were no longer required to pay for it. I accidentally misunderstood this as we were no longer required to have a termite inspection with a VA loan. What was intended to be communicated was that the VA loan DOES require a termite inspection- it does not matter who pays for it anymore, as long as it's done. He could have been angry or unkind about it, but he was understanding and communicated quickly with the termite company, giving them access quickly. We closed on the VA loan in 15 days! We also had a delay on closing day as the buyer had to wire money and was on the phone with his bank for a long time. We were all left waiting. We were all worried but Amir never once chose to show or speak anything that was unkind or showed an ounce of frustration. When we work with agents who communicate well, are upfront, and quick- things get done. This was truly a transaction that required teamwork. I was thrilled to work with Amir and would love to again in the future."
