"Brice was accessible, responsive, and communicated in a timely manner with us and the Seller to make sure the transaction went smoothly from negotiations and into the contract-to-closing process. He was so easy to work with. He made sure all repairs were done timely & then let us know when they were completed. I know A LOT of agents, especially LISTING AGENTS, that could learn from his stellar antics & professionalism (vs trying to be "in control" and seemingly doing everything to sabotage the transaction). He & our team worked together to make the entire transaction a success. Of course, having a Seller and Buyer that were not difficult & were willing to do their part as needed certainly was a huge bonus, which certainly contributed to the success of the transaction!
