In the midst of a pandemic, JUST SOLD partially occupied Multifamily investment property located at 1415 Ridge Pl SE Washington DC 20020 for $680K within a month.
In Washington DC we have to deal with Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Addendum (TOPA) during the sale of rental properties. In the mids of the pandemic, most of the local government entities were shut down and evictions were postponed for an unseeable future, I managed to work with the landlord and tenants and also with the buyer to get the property sold just in a month.
