Memorable Transaction

I sold a beautiful home in Kona for over $2 Million, sight unseen. It was a very smooth transaction. I had gotten to know my clients taste, so I knew it would be perfect for them. We did Facetime and showed them every square inch of the home. It is in a low density gated community above Kona overlooking the Harbor and the Old Airport with 180 degree ocean views. The main house is spectacular and the separate two bedroom on the property is great. I picked up a convertible that my client bought on Craig's List, per my suggestion and went to look at a condo they were buying sight unseen too. Once they arrived, they fell in love with their home and view and it even came with their own seasonal Golden Plover.

I recently sold a home in Puakea Ranch to my clients, who weren't ready to buy, but fell in love with this property. It was over $2.5 Million and worth every dollar. The transaction was so smooth and they just couldn't wait to move over here from the East Coast and bring their three dogs and five cats (all rescues). I drove them to Hilo today to pick up their cars that came in on the barge. It is so enjoyable to see such nice people move to Hawaii and embrace the Aloha.
