Memorable Transaction

Since I've been selling real estate since 1985, I have many memorable transactions. The ones that mean a lot to me are the ones that the client becomes personal friends. I've been lucky to have client/friends for many years so to pick just one is nearly impossible. The first time buyers are particularly special because I know they are nervous, scared and confused so it is very important to me to make sure they feel very comfortable with me. Write up a contract and disappear or turn them over to someone else is not my style, so I make myself available to them. Many won't even ask questions because they don't know what questions to ask so I try to make sure I explain as much as possible. A well informed buyer or seller, makes for a happy and non-eventful sale.
