I was working with the Santos family and we had so many delays in the transaction. First they did not qualify for government assistance. Secondly, his wife was not on the contract and needed to be added. After solving the issues, we encountered the next issue, he had some charges in his credit card that needed to be paid. This issue was resolved, before closing we find out, he has to have a certain amount of money in his account, problem resolved. Finally, closing day is here, they close and get the keys to their home. When they go to the property, the keys do not work, its 730 pm. I finally got the house open for them. I am proud of this transaction because I had a great team working with me. We faced many obstacles and we resolved them. It took a lot of effort and dedication to get to closing and I would do it all over again. It's all about the client being happy and not giving up. Another happy family and moving into their home this weekend.
