Sold a 98 woman and her 92 year old husband a home nicer than the one they had been renting and they only put $2000.00 downpayment total. Their house payment for principal, Interest, taxes and insurance is only half what their rent used to be and the square footage of the lot is double the size of the lot of the house that they used to rent. We were able to help my clients obtain a 30 year mortgage that they will have paid off when she is 128 tears old and he will be 122 years old. Their credit was not that great when I originally met them but with following my recommendations for 7 months prior to purchasing the house they were able to raise their credit scores by 103 points just following my free advice. Their total Income was just minimal social security income and they purchased a home so if this couple can do it anyone can purchase their dream home!
