This transaction took years to complete. We had two pre-market offers but construction defects were discovered during inspections. Two+ years later, remediation was complete and then the real estate market was shut down. A buyer who had seen the property previously decided they wanted a second home on the water in that location so made an offer with extended due diligence to be conducted when access was allowed.
