Memorable Transaction

I love all my transactions and my clients. Everyone is unique in it's own way.

But I will say the most memorable was in 1999. I had only been in real estate for 4-5 years and I was helping a young single mother and her two small children find a house. She was low income and at that time, they had a low income mortgage and we were able to get her qualified. We looked for many weeks until we found the right one. After our successful close of the house and they got all moved in, I received a thank you card ( I still have the card) in the mail....not from the mother, but from the two little kids (maybe 5 and 6) and they thanked me for finding them a house with a backyard that they could play in. Will never forget them.

And two years ago the 6 year old at that time (girl) called me and asked me to find her a home for her and her son. You guessed it, a single mom and once again we found them the perfect home. Doesn't get any better than this!!!!! I LOVE my job.....
