A recent transaction proved to be both memorable and enjoyable in many ways. It was the first VA loan I completed with a wonderful couple, Courtney & David Biggs. We connected virtually and were, quite simply, a match made in online heaven. After our introductions, we immediately began their search for a secondary home in South Florida. Mr. Biggs was stationed at the Pentagon as a Deputy Division Chief/Reserve Advisor at the United States Air Force and was relocating his family to the base in South Florida. They subsequently trusted me to be their eyes and ears as their local expert. When we found the perfect home we had a very complicated seller, which resulted in months of negotiations. The experience ended up bringing us much closer together and even resulted in me earning my military relocation designation. To witness first hand the huge sacrifice our active and retired military families endure, I decided to jump in to help alleviate that often stressful and complicated process by all means possible. And in July I was able to assist them once again by selling their Weston home where they raised their beautiful family. It’s unforgettable moments like these that leave a lasting impression.
