I recently helped a family sell their father's home. The father was transitioning to an assisted living facility and the children were in charge of selling the family home which can be a very emotional time for families. The interesting thing is that they had contacted another agent prior to meeting me. I offered to do a market analysis to help them understand the current value of the home. I took the market analysis to them the same day. A few days later they called and asked me to meet with them to discuss listing the home. The other agent never called them back so I got the listing. The siblings lived out of town so I helped them find contractors and coordinate the repairs needed to complete the sale as well as guiding them through the sale process. The transaction went smoothly and the they were very pleased with my service. It was a pleasure to help them through this phase of their lives.
