Assisting Other Agent and First Time Home Buyers.
Buyers were getting a Home Renovation Loan and in the middle of the sale their contractor quit (due to family reasons). We worked for several months with Seller, Buyers and Lender to get closed. Buyers now have a great home that will be freshly remodeled/updated to their style.
Also helping a Disabled Veteran get his V.A. certificate of eligibility needed for the V.A. loan to buy a new home. His wife was active duty military too and was away on deployment. I worked for six months with the assistance of local U.S. Congressman and his staff to get the Veteran's records and proof of disability. He had been denied several times due to records mix-up. Once he was eligible, I worked with builder and VA lender to help build a handicap accessible home. The veteran and his wife were happy. He was able to go back to college for new training.
