Memorable Transaction

I got into this business to help people and make a living doing it, and this particular transaction is near to my heart because some dear friends were divorcing as well as needing to short sale their home and land that they had built from the ground up. We were able to successfully sell the property and in the process, I was introduced to a prospective buyer who ultimately did not purchase that property but grew to trust me and asked me to help them through the sale of their home and purchase of their next. So though the short sale for friends was very painful to be part of, there was a reward in store that helped me to have the best year of my career so far. There are lots of stories, with learning experiences attached. I do love what I do.
