Ron Beahm listed the next-door property to us in an upscale part of The Meadows in Sarasota. The owner of that home was a long time friend of ours and fellow German citizen. We had both purchased our homes in 1993 from the builder. Both families used our properties as winter or vacation homes. We met with Ron and arranged to have him list our home as well. We were selling with mixed emotions, since it would mean losing our wonderful 6 month Florida home. In a matter of 3 weeks, Ron found a buyer for our home at full price but that was just the start of the good news! Ron negotiated with the buyers for the purchase of our furniture and car at a fair price. In addition they agreed to close quickly and lease back to us until the date we had already scheduled to return to Germany (approximately 3 months). Last but by no means least, we reached an agreement to return and rent for 2 months the next year enabling us to continue to enjoy Sarasota in the comfort and familiarity of our Sarasota home of 23 years! We don’t think that a home sale can get much better than that! We highly recommend Ron & Liz Beahm for any Real Estate needs you might have.
