My two most recent memorable ones are 1) a past client referred her boss because she needed to sell her Town Home in Silver Spring, Maryland as her employer was transferring her to another state. She intereviewed several other Realtors before she decided to hire my services. Once we placed her home in the General Market, we went "Under Contract" within a week and SOLD her home within 30 days. She earned a NET Amount of over $100,000 and was pleased with my services. Secondly, another past client contacted my office to sell his CONDOMINIUM in Washington, DC at $860,000 because he wanted to purchase a new home on the Eastern Shore at $1.8 million dollar home. We were "under contract" for the DC home within 60 days and later closed on the other home 15 days later. I've been selling real estate for over 15 years and it's a 24/7 job but my ultimate objective is to help others achieve and accomplish their real estate dreams. When you truly enjoy your work, the clients can sense and appreciate you more.
